This decision will become <br />final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences with the initial <br />publication in the CO Mountain News Media - Craig Daily Press. A copy of the proposed decision <br />and written findings is enclosed. <br /> <br />DRMS proposes to release $870,271.50 for Phase I release on 176.7 acres. As provided by Rule <br />3.03.2(6), should you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may request an adjudicatory <br />hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
