The revision cannot be filed until
the required revision fee is received. The revision requested addresses the following items:
Addition of BG-11 to replace B-Goove wells BG-5 and BG-9
During review of the material submitted, the Division determined that the following issue(s) of concern
need to be adequately addressed before the Technical Revision can be considered. Please provide the
following:
What is the estimated rate of transport for the elevated constituents seen in BG-5 and BG-9?
Similarly what is the anticipated time frame to see a potential plume effect in the proposed BG-11
well?
Natural Soda LLC needs to make a commitment to conduct monthly groundwater samples and
provide those results to the Division for all groundwater monitoring wells that have issues or those
wells that have been recompleted to a different zone than initially drilled which have a potential for
communication issues.
Please submit your response(s) to the above listed issue(s) as soon as possible. Once a revision fee is
received by the Division a decision date will be set.
If you require additional information, or have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
