PHASE I <br />No. 5 Portal Area (Parcel 32), backfilling and <br />grading was accomplished as per the permit <br />document. The slope is stable, blending into <br />the surrounding undisturbed area. The face up <br />is adequately backfilled, graded and sloped as <br />per the permit. Structures originally <br />associated with the No. 5 portal area have <br />been demolished, all coal and refuse removed. <br />The area has been subdivided into specific <br />parcels for phased tracking of reclamation <br />activities and comprises the bottom lands <br />along the west bank of the Williams Fork <br />River as per the SL5 Phase I Bond Release <br />Map submitted with the application. <br />Looking north, the cropland west of the <br />Williams Fork River, comprising <br />numerous parcels primarily 11, 12 13 <br />49and 51. Seeding took place in 2019 and <br />reseeding in 2020 after backfilling and <br />finish grading. All Structures have been <br />removed, a road and turn around has been <br />retained for future access for cropping, <br />parcel 51. No evidence of standing water <br />or large depressions were noted at the time <br />of inspection. <br />The three pond cells of the Wastewater <br />Treatment Facility in parcel 15 were <br />located in this area and have been seeded, <br />backlilled and graded as per the <br />reclamation plan and blend in to the <br />adjacent bottomlands of the Williams Fork <br />River for utilization as cropland (no photo). <br />Parcel 25, a drainage, reclaimed in 1989 <br />possesses and slope and aspect consistent <br />with the permit. No hydrologic issues, rills <br />or other erosional features were evident <br />during the inspection. <br />Permit Number. C1981044 Page 8 of 14 <br />
