Stipulations, if any <br />are imposed, will be included on a rider to the Approval of Transfer document. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of New Elk Coal Company, LLC must sign and return one <br />rider to the Division. The other must be on file at the mine office. <br /> <br />In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day public comment period for the Division's <br />decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision will be published in the The Chronicle <br />- News as soon as possible. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need additional information, please contact me. <br />
