I have revised Exhibit S to clarify as you suggested and attached a copy for <br /> the file. <br /> The following text is our response to the comment letters submitted by the Division of Water <br /> Resources and History Colorado. <br /> HisroRY COLORADO- Logan County will follow their suggestions if human remains are found. <br /> OFFICE OF THE STATE ENGINEER - Logan County understands the requirement listed in the <br /> Conditions for Approval and will not expose ground water. They will obtain water from a source <br /> with an approved use for dust control and document the source, if needed and no stormwater will <br /> be retain on site for more then 72 hours. <br /> Attached are copies of the Adjoining owner notice Return Receipt cards and the Proof of <br /> Publication.
