I have revised the Seedbed Preparation area on Page E-3 and Reclamation Costs <br /> worksheet to add ripping for the floor area. Copies of the revised Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan and <br /> Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs are attached. <br /> 6.4.19 EXHIBIT S-Permanent Man-made Structures <br /> 6. The ownership of the fence on the southern boundary of the permit area was not addressed. <br /> Please clarify who owns this fence and if a structure agreement needs to be obtained <br /> for the fence. <br /> The fence that runs along approximately 240 feet of the west side of the south line is owned by <br /> Barkley Ventures,LLC. I have revised Exhibit S to clarify as you suggested and attached a copy for <br /> the file. <br /> The following text is our response to the comment letters submitted by the Division of Water <br /> Resources and History Colorado. <br /> HisroRY COLORADO- Logan County will follow their suggestions if human remains are found. <br /> OFFICE OF THE STATE ENGINEER - Logan County understands the requirement listed in the <br /> Conditions for Approval and will not expose ground water. They will obtain water from a source <br /> with an approved use for dust control and document the source, if needed and no stormwater will <br /> be retain on site for more then 72 hours. <br /> Attached are copies of the Adjoining owner notice Return Receipt cards and the Proof of <br /> Publication.
