The inspection consisted <br /> of collection of aerial images by Mr.Bowles on January 13,2021,with downloads of the electronic files on <br /> January 14,2021. The aerial images were evaluated by Janet Binns on 1/21/21. This report is the result of that <br /> evaluation. <br /> The weather at the time of the inspection was cold, dry and hazy. The mine site was dry with thin spots of snow in <br /> north facing areas. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3;Diversions 4.05.4;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones <br /> 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 15 was dry. The C29 to pond 15 was dry and appeared intact. Pond 13 was holding a full pool of <br /> water. Pond 16 remains dry. Pond 12 was dry. Pond 18 was dry. <br /> SP-1 had a thin covering of snow in the bottom of the stock pond,but was not holding a pool of water. SP-2 was <br /> dry with no snow or water in the bottom of the pond. There was no evidence of Tilling on the slopes of this <br /> recently regraded stock pond. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS- Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The irrigated cropland on the Morgan property is dry and donnant. Reseeding to the perennial crop has not <br /> been initiated during the winter months. <br /> The irrigated pastures north of BB road are dry and dormant as well. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil stockpile C and E footprints have been graded, and tilled. From the aerial images it is <br /> undetermined if this area has been seeded.
