Mr.Brock Bowles collected aerial images on January 13, <br /> 2021, and downloaded them on 1/14/2021. Janet Bums evaluated the images on 1/20/2021. This inspection report <br /> is the result of evaluation of the aerial images. <br /> The weather at the time of the inspection was cold, dry and hazy. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The mine site appears to be dry with thin snow patches in shadowed and protected locations. Pond 1 has <br /> snow cover in the bottom of the pond but the sides of the embankments are free from snow. There is no apparent <br /> standing water or ice in the bottom of the pond. <br /> The ditches to Pond 2 appear clear of impediments. Pond 2 is dry with a thin covering of snow at the southern <br /> incised slope. No water or ice cover the bottom of Pond 2. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The irrigated pasture is in winter dormant condition. No water is currently applied to the field. Any <br /> moisture on the irrigated pasture is naturally occurring precipitation at this time of the year. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES-Rule 4.04: <br /> No equipment is stored at the former facilities area. No additional grading or topsoil placement is <br /> apparent at the partially reclaimed facilities area. The gravel stockpile remains just east of the access gate on the <br /> southern entrance to the permit. <br /> There is a piece of farm equipment stored on the west side of the irrigated pasture. <br /> No concerns were noted with this inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
