<br />FIRST AMENDED JOINT PLAN OF ORDERLY LIQUIDATION
<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on November 23, 2020, the Plan Proponents filed the
<br />First Amended Joint Plan of Orderly Liquidation of Hopedale Mining LLC and its Affiliated
<br />Debtors Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (Docket No. 529) (the "First Amended
<br />Plan ).2
<br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, on November 23, 2020, this Court entered its
<br />Order (A) Scheduling combined Hearing on Approval of Disclosure Statement and Confirmation
<br />of Plena of Liquidation, (B) Establishing Procedures for Solicitation and Tabulation of Votes on
<br />Plan and (C) Approving Related Dates, Forms and Procedures (Docket No. 533) (the
<br />"Combined Hearin, Order"). Pursuant to the Combined Hearing Order, the Confirmation
<br />Hearing for the First Amended Plan is scheduled for January 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. (prevailing
<br />Eastern Time).
<br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, is the Plan
<br />Proponents' proposed Conffmuation Order. The First Amended Plan, as amended by the proposed
<br />Confirmation Order, is attached as Exhibit A.
<br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Proponents will request entry of the
<br />proposed Confirmation Order at the Confirmation Hearing.
