The <br />inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin <br />Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. Snow is sparse <br />throughout the site, ponds appeared frozen and snow covered the gold color of the dormant vegetation was still <br />visible in some areas. Main haul roads, appeared in good repair. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected <br />in the imagery. The weather appeared clear. <br />ONGOING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />SL6 and SL7 <br />RN7 <br />INSPECTION. - <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation appears stable. Vegetation was dormant at the time of inspection, drainages and contour ditches <br />appeared stable as did steep, slide prone areas.
