The images were analyzed and the report <br />prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared clear. The vegetation is dormant and <br />the site is increasingly under snow. Ponds appeared frozen and snow covered. <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is for the most part complete and executed as permitted. With the exception of some structure pads <br />all structures have been demolished. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br />Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o Roads in and around the facilities appeared in good repair and snow covered. <br />o No standing water or ice were noted in the imagery. <br />o No activity is going on at the site as the site has been reclaimed. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE- Rule 4.05 <br />General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland <br />Flow 4.05.3; Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures <br />4.05.7; Impoundments 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; <br />Surface and Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />o Reconstructed drainages appeared to be functioning adequately. <br />o Ponds appeared ice and snow covered. <br />o No pond discharge was noted in the imagery, and no flow in drainages was observed. <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12 <br />o The site, in the past, has experienced soil movement in the form of slumps and slides.
