Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a aerial inspection of the Colowyo Mine flown by Brock Bowles and reported by Zach Trujillo,both of <br /> the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on January 11,2021.No mine representative <br /> was present during the inspection.Weather conditions were clear with a high temperature around fifteen degrees <br /> fahrenheit. Ground conditions were snow covered. Due to the snow cover,inspectable items were limited. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> All ponds and ditches were snow covered and it was undeterminable on whether discharge was occurring. Pond <br /> embankments appeared to be stable and no issues were observed. <br /> Final East Pit Ditch. Section 26 Pond. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Spoil movement was occurring in the South Taylor Pit. The dragline appeared operational and was taking <br /> overburden along the southern end of the pit and moving it west to east in the previously mined sections. <br /> Mining appeared to be occurring primarily along the southeastern part of the Collom Pit and highwall mining <br /> operations along the northern highwall. <br />
