Fallen trees have been used to control <br /> erosion in some areas. All drill logs have been permanently closed and Monitoring wells capped. <br /> Some minor Mullin growth has been sprayed with herbicide <br /> Castle Aggregates believes that final reclamation has been completed pursuant to Mineral Rules <br /> and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of <br /> Construction Materials, 2 C.C.R. 407-4:1.1 et seq., including Rules 3 and 5, and Colorado Land <br /> Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq. <br /> including Section 34-32.5-113.
