c) Where such structure is a utility,the applicant may supply a notarized letter, on utility letterhead, <br /> from the owner(s) of the utility that the mining and reclamation activities, as proposed, will have <br /> "no negative effect" on their utility. <br /> If a structure agreement between Colorado Legacy Land, LLC and United Power Inc. has already <br /> been provided to the Division, please specify where in the permit file this document can be found. <br /> Otherwise, please provide a structure agreement (see enclosed form) for the overhead power lines <br /> owned by United Power Inc.
