6.4. 1 Exhibit A Legal Description Fremont Paving's 44th Lane Project is located in eastern Pueblo County, Colorado. The project permit boundary encompasses approximately 1471 acres and is comprised of eight parcels, five (5) privately owned and three (3) owned by the State of Colorado. State of Colorado Parcels: • A portion of Lots 3 & 4, East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4, West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 21 South, Range 62 West (235.41 acres); • A portion of Lots 1-4, West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, East 1/2 of the West 1/2 and Southeast 1/4 of Section 30 Township 21 South, Range 62 West (552.04 acres); • A portion of the South 1/2 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 21 South, Range 63 West (360 acres). Pritekel Brothers Farm LLC Parcels: • North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 21 South, Range 63 West (120 acres); • A portion of the South 1/2 of the Northwest '/a, Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Southwest 1/4, West 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 21 South, Range 63 West (360 acres). Haul trucks will access at 36th Lane 38010'57.76"N, 104°27'35.62"W, Pueblo County's designated truck route. 1
