4 CONCLUSIONS
Based on a review of the construction documents, the daily observation reports, our professional judgment,
and the quality control and assurance testing,it is our opinion that the construction activities associated with
the NWRP Diversion Channel were completed in conformance with the approved Construction Drawings and
Technical Specifications.
