The application was received by the Division on 30 September 2020. The application <br />comprised: <br />O an update to the reclamation plan <br />O a correction to the disturbance area delineation, <br />O documentation for permanent features consisting of three ponds designated as permanent <br />livestock water tanks, <br />O a request that the main road remain permanent and includes a turn around for large equipment <br />The disturbed area acreage change from the current 422 acres to 570.7, represents an increase of 147.8 <br />acres. <br />DRMS received Moffat County Mining's response to preliminary adequacy on 14 December 2020 via <br />email attachment.
