Box 122 <br /> Lyons, CO 80540 <br /> Re: Red Wolf Quarry,Permit M-1999-063, <br /> Notice of Outstanding Corrective Action <br /> Dear Mr. Vasquez: <br /> The above-mentioned site has a problem that,according to Division records,has not been resolved. The <br /> following problem was to be resolved on or before December 15,2020.Listed below are descriptions and <br /> corrective actions for the problem.Please resolve the corrective actions and provide evidence of such <br /> resolution on or before February 19,2021. <br /> Please note that if the corrective actions are not properly addressed, and evidence provided to the Division <br /> by the date provided above,the listed problems could be escalated to the level of possible violations and <br /> would then be referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. <br /> Problem/Corrective Action Description: <br /> The affected area boundary markers are incorrectly placed. This is a problem for failure to maintain <br /> boundary markers around the affected area as required by Section 3.1.12(2)of the rule. <br /> The operator shall conduct a survey and replace the boundary markers in the correct location(s). The <br /> operator shall provide proof to the Division that this has been done by the corrective action date. <br /> If the problems have already been remedied,please provide evidence of their completion.
