TR-95 proposes to install a pipeline foi de -watering purposes from the Western mine district. The pipeline will run from the existing 16LT Utility borehole to the existing 18LT shaft pad loca- tion, where it will tie into the 18LT dewatering line that runs to the Fish Creek treatment location. The pipeline will be approximately 5,700 feet and consist of single walled 12 inch HDPE pipe. In order to pro- vide power to the 16LT utility borehole, a powerline will be placed in the same corridor as the pipeline. The Foidel Creek Mine is a/an underground coal mine located in Routt County, approximately 2; miles SW of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Coal in- terest is federal, state and private, and the surface affected is federal, state and private land. The per mit area encompasses approximately 22,647.0( acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all require- ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- mation Act, Section 34 33 101, at seq., C.R.S., anc the regulations promulgated thereunder.
