Please be advised that on December 21, 2020, The Walsenburg Sand and Gravel Company, whose address
and telephone number are P.O. Drawer 352, Walsenburg, CO 81089; [phone], filed an application
for a/an Amendment (AM- 1) to M2009027, WSG-Hribar, which is located approximately 0 miles of
Walsenburg, Section 35, Township 26S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Huerfano County.

twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review
process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not
receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume
you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity.
