Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />17 December 2020 2020 <br />Re: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C1981010 <br />DRMS Review of TMIs Response to Mid Term Review (MT8): Permit Revision <br />TR126 <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Division has completed its review of Trapper's Technical Revision TR126, TMIs <br />response to the Divisions review of Trappers Permit (MT8). The response from Trapper <br />Mining was received by the Division on 16 November 2020. The Division's review <br />included a review of revised pages and maps and comprised the following topics: <br />2.02.3 <br />2.03.4 <br />2.10 <br />4.05.2 <br />4.05.9 <br />4.05.13 <br />4.15 <br />Adequacy items resolved in previous correspondence are not repeated below. <br />Rule 2.02.3(1)(c): General Requirements <br />DRMS December 2020 <br />The operator conducted a cultural resources inventory as part of DermittinR action PRI O. The <br />inventory covered areas where mining is not scheduled until the future, Droiected to be 2022. At <br />the time minim becomes imminent in these area Trapper Mine will begin the formal Dermittina <br />Drocess for the specific area in auestion. In the meantime, TraDDer Mine reauests that SHPO file <br />and maintain the Cultural Resources Report by Metcalf submitted with PR10 as part of Appendix <br />K Section XIX for this future permitting action. <br />DRMS also finds that the Division received a letter of concurrence via email attachment dated 9 <br />December 2020 from History Colorado stating No Adverse Effect reRardinR the TR126 <br />permitting action as per F36 CFR800.5(d)(1)l. SHPO, in this letter also addressed the following <br />rules pertinent to DRMS and operations at TraDDer Mine: <br />o Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act <br />o 36 CFR Part 800 <br />o 36 CFR 800.3 <br />o 36 CFR 60.4 and the <br />o 1991 MOU with DRMS <br />DRMS finds this rule adequately complied with. <br />
