The downloaded images were reviewed by Janet Bums of CDRMS <br />on 12/17/2020. This report is a result of evaluation of the aerial images. <br />The site appears dry, and the weather appears clear. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies <br />4.14.6: <br />No additional grading has occurred at the former facilities area, since the November 2020 inspection. A <br />stockpile of gravel from the facilities area has been piled on the east end of the former facilities area. No concerns <br />were identified at the former facilities area. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream <br />Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Pond 1 was dry and was not holding any water or snow. <br />Pond 2 was dry. No apparent concerns were identified for either pond based upon the aerial images. <br />Ditches throughout the permit area appear unobstructed and clear of debris. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The irrigated pasture is dormant for the winter months. No obvious low spots are noted on the irrigated <br />pasture field. The drainage swale on the south side of the irrigated pasture shows some rilling where the irrigation <br />water runs off to pond 1.
