Janet Bums of CDRMS evaluated the aerial images. This <br />inspection is based on that evaluation. <br />The mine site appears dry and the weather appears clear. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The mine site appears very dry. Ponds 12, 15, 16, and 18 were photographed. These 4 ponds were dry. <br />Pond 13 was photographed and was holding a pool of water. It appears from the aerial images that ERMR has <br />placed additional rock at the pond inlet as previously approved. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />SP2 reclamation looks to be complete based upon the aerial images. From the aerial images, it was <br />unclear if this reclaimed area had been seeded at the time of the inspection. No concerns were noted at SP2. <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />The Enstrom ditch and portion of the pasture north of BB road have been repaired, <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The operator has graded the remaining topsoil stockpile footprints at the Facilities area. <br />Topsoil stockpile C, and topsoil stockpile E appear to be graded and the furrows visible in the aerial photos appear <br />that the regraded stockpile footprint has been seeded.
