EXHIBIT K CLIMATE INFORMATION <br /> 1. General Information <br /> The proposed Mystic Soil is located just north of Hooper, Colorado at an elevation of <br /> approximately 7560 feet. The area is classified as Cold Semi-and(BSk)under the Koppen <br /> Classification system.'They are typically found in continental interiors some distance from large <br /> bodies of water. Cold semi-arid climates usually feature warm to hot dry summers,though their <br /> summers are typically not quite as hot as those of hot semi-arid climates.
