The application also utilized the Division's Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine <br /> Bond Release Issues, dated April 18, 1995. <br /> The Division received the SL8 bond release application on 8 June 2020, and found the application <br /> complete on 18 June 2020, after the Division received proof of publication of the applicant's public <br /> notice. The completeness determination was made in accordance with Section 3.03.2(1)(d). Mapl, <br /> entitled SL8 Phase II Bond Release Area Delineation Map, submitted with the application, shows the <br /> location of each parcel. <br /> Public Notice <br /> SPL published notice of the bond release applications in the Steamboat Pilot once weekly for four <br /> consecutive weeks beginning on 1 May 2020. SPL also notified landowners within and adjacent to the <br /> mine permit area, and other interested parties of the application for bond release, as required by section <br /> 3.03.2(1). The Division received no written comments, objections, or requests for an informal conference <br /> regarding the bond release application. <br /> Items Approved for Permanent Retention <br /> The locations of all permanent features are delineated on Map 2, Partial Phase II Release SL8 Permanent <br /> Features Map, of the SL8 application.
