A Phase <br />I bond release request on 289.3 acres reclaimed <br />between 2017 and 2019. The surface operation is <br />operated by Trapper Mining, Inc. under the pmvl. <br />sions of the Colorado Surface <br />ace Goal Mining Recla- <br />ation Act of 1979. The bond release application <br />was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc. on August 3, <br />2020. This Phase I bond release application com- <br />prises 298.3 acres reclaimed between 2017 and <br />2019 in F, L and Z pits.
