The average haul distance <br /> will be roughly 600-feet. <br /> It is estimated that if independent contractors were hired by the State of Colorado to <br /> perform reclamation of the site, the cost would be broken out as follows: <br /> • Mobilization $8,000 <br /> • Seed & Mulch $9,000 <br /> • "Topsoil" Placement$9,000 (fine grain materials to a depth of 6-inches) <br /> • Grading $6,000 <br /> • Planting $4,000 <br /> • Water $800 <br /> • Demobilize $8,000 <br /> Total = $44,800 <br /> 5% Contingency= $2,240 <br /> Total Cost = $47,040 <br /> The total cost would be about $47,040.
