The road to the RPEE was covered
with snow, and it appears as though no waste had recently been transported to the pile. Both waste piles appeared
stable.
SUBSIDENCE — Rule 4.20:
No work was in progress at the confluence of South Prong Creek and the North Fork of South Prong
Creek, and it appeared that all equipment had been demobilized. The area was covered in snow which is unlikely
to melt until late spring.
SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04:
No recent work had taken place on the MVB pads, holes and roads for the SS2 panel and the gate
remained locked.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
N/A
OTHER (SPECIFY)
N/A
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1
Page 2 of 15
