As can be seen, most of the analysis area sees <br /> relatively modest decreases or no changes to 03 formation potential. Particulate matter impacts are <br /> mostly confined to the urban areas in Colorado and can be attributed to the expected population <br /> increases projected to occur (which have occurred steadily since the CARMMS base year).
