Figure <br /> F-1 identifies two proposed affected land areas: <br /> 1. the Former Black Forest Mine and <br /> 2. the North Waste Rock Pile-Upland Area. <br /> The surface expression of both proposed areas is currently unimpacted and is expected to remain unimpacted. <br /> Therefor no grading, topsoiling, or revegetation is required. Colorado Legacy Land, LLC is committed to <br /> reclaiming all affected lands and proposed affected lands in Figure F-1 for wildlife habitat use.
