The application was deemed complete on November <br />30, 2020. <br /> <br />This revision updates the ditches within the Pond J network and revises the location of the east <br />underdrain for Gob Pile #3. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside <br />of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 3rd Street, Paonia, CO 81428 and at the <br />Division’s Denver office.
