COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation. <br />Mining and safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br />DATE: November 13, 2020 <br />TO: Fremont County Commissioners <br />County Commissioner <br />615 Macon Avenue, Room B-5 <br />Canon City, CO 81212 <br />RE: South 40 Quarry No. 2, File No. M-2020-051 <br />Please be advised that on November 13, 2020, High Plains Stone Company, whose address and telephone <br />number are 8084 Blakeland Drive, Littleton, CO 80125-9702; (303) 791-1862, filed an application to conduct <br />a surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 14, Township 17S, Range 68W, 06th Principle <br />Meridian, in Fremont County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a rangeland post -mining land use.
