Scott <br /> <br />RE: Morrison Quarry - File No. M-1973-021, Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. <br /> Amendment Application (AM-7) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 13, 2020, Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc., whose address and <br />telephone number are 1687 Cole Blvd Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 716-5312, filed an application <br />for a/an Amendment (AM- 7) to M1973021, Morrison Quarry, which is located approximately 1 miles <br />South of Morrison, Section 10, Township 5S, Range 70W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Jefferson County. <br /> <br />AM07 will incorporate the access road into the permit area, and modify the mining and reclamation plans <br />for south and west quarry areas along with other minor modifications as needed. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for February 11, 2021. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room <br />215 Denver, CO 80203, and additional information obtained from Eric C. Scott at the same address, or by <br />telephone at (303) 866-3567 x 8140. <br /> <br />Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation <br />in the locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan <br />and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end <br />of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed <br />activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
