MANAGEMENT <br />CAM -Colorado LLC is responsible for the Fruita Loadout under Division of Reclamation Mining <br />and Safety, Permit No. C-2010-088. During the permit term, there was no disturbance within <br />the permit boundary therefore no reclamation was required. <br />One provision of the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety's Rules is that the mine must be <br />bonded for the estimated reclamation cost. CAM -Colorado, LLC has formally requested a <br />Phase I, II and III bond release from the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety. <br />CAM -Colorado LLC has a bond liability of $10,000 and has requested that the entire amount be <br />released. In accordance with the Division's Rule 3.03.2(1), CAM -Colorado, LLC is required to <br />send written notice of its full and final bond release request to adjacent land owners, surface <br />owners and various local governing bodies. <br />The area for which final bond release is being requested is the entire 208.6 acre Fruita Loadout <br />permit boundary which is described as follows: <br />Township 1 North, Range 3 West, Ute P.M. <br />Section 2: Portions of the SW/4, W/2SW/4SE/4 <br />Section 3: Portions of the SE/4 <br />Section 10: Portions of the N/2NE/4 <br />Section 11: Portions of the N/2NW/4, N/2NE/4, SE/4NE/4 <br />Containing 208.6 acres more or less <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
