<br />Please be advised that on November 12, 2020, Platte Valley Real Estate, LLC, whose address and telephone
<br />number are 116 Spruce Road, Sterling, CO 80751; (970) 520-7800, filed an application for a/an Surety
<br />Reduction Request (SR- 1) to M2017009, PVRE Pit #l, which is located approximately 0.2 miles South of
<br />Sterling, Section 33, Township 8N, Range 52W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Logan County.
<br />The surety reduction was requested after the approval of a technical revision changing the reclamation plan.
<br />The application decision is scheduled for January 11, 2021. Written comments or objections to the
<br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Brock F. Bowles at the Division
<br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303)
<br />866-3567 x 8142.
<br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
<br />application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
<br />on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
