Wade Wymore of GCC accompanied the inspection <br />and represented the Operator. COVID-19 protocols were followed during the inspection. <br />The site was actively mining, processing and loading trucks for export of coal during the inspection. The weather <br />was clear and dry, no significant precipitation events have occured in the days leading to the inspection. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />A water truck was actively watering County Road 120 between the King II mine entrance and the paved <br />portion of the county road, and watering the haul road at King IL The water truck was also active at the King I <br />area even though active refuse deposition was not occurring during the inspection. <br />The "windows" were installed on the stacker tubes several months ago, and at the time of the inspection no <br />blowing dust was observed migrating from the tubes. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The mine records were checked in the office. Joel Riggins of GCC provided access to all necessary <br />records books and all were readily available.
