Refuse Pile Modification <br />The Foidel Creek Mine Is alan underground coal <br />mine located in Rout County, approximately 23 <br />miles SW of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Coal in- <br />terest is federal, state and private, and the surface <br />affected is federal, state and private land.
