XXXII. SEVERABILITY.If any term or provision of this Lease shall be determined to be illegal or
unenforceable,all other terms and provisions in this Lease shall nevertheless remain effective and shall be enforced
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
XXXIII. SURVIVAL.The following shall survive termination of this Lease:Articles V(Royalties),
XI(Compliance with applicable Statues and Regulations),XN(Performance Bond),XVII(Indemnification of
Government),XIX(Taxes),XXI(Relinquishment of Lease),XXII(Cancellation of Lease),XXIII(Delivery of
Property),XXIV(Examination of Records),XXVII(Disputes),XXVIII(Heirs and Successors-in-Interest),XXX
(Notice),and all Appendices identified within this Lease.
