This order effectively stops my entire operation. In
speaking with local personnel, I am told that I am not allowed to quarry new materials, nor am I
allowed to sell from existing stockpiles of material. Again, this effectively stops my entire
operation.
Still, I am asked to pay a fine, and pay for a bond increase despite the fact that my operations are
at a standstill. How can I be expected to pay these fines and bond increases without operating,
and with no likely operation for the foreseeable future? I can only hope that you will withdraw
the"Cease& Desist"order as pertains to the operation of the quarry, so that I can resume some
sort of revenue generating activity.
Sincerely,
Rudolph Fontanari
Western SlopqFl tone
"` c ,_x :
