Cunningham <br /> <br />RE: North Weld Gravel - File No. M-1976-018, North Weld Gravel, RLLP <br /> Amendment Application (AM-1) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 26, 2020, North Weld Gravel, RLLP, whose address and telephone <br />number are 13480 Weld County Rd 100, Nunn, CO 80648-9700; (970) 897-2252, filed an application for <br />a/an Amendment (AM- 1) to M1976018, North Weld Gravel, which is located approximately 3 miles west <br />of Pierce, Co, Section 7, Township 8N, Range 65W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for January 25, 2021. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Daniel J. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the <br />reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant <br />for the newspaper publication date.
