The application was submitted by GCC <br />Energy, LLC for the King Coal Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.07.4(2)(c) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are providing <br />notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first <br />publication of this notice in the Durango Herald. Such request must be made within thirty (30) days <br />of the initial publication of this notice, must be in writing, and must state with reasonable specificity <br />the reasons for the request and the objections to the proposed decision. <br /> <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including any stipulations, are on file for public inspection at the at <br />the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 679 Turner Drive, Durango, CO 81303.
