COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Depawrww or Nsurti ftsoe.Ces <br />October 27, 2020 <br />Northfield Partners, LLC <br />943 Aztec Drive <br />Castle Rock CO, 80108 <br />RE: Coal Exploration No. X-2005-226-00 <br />Request for Bond Release, SL-3 <br />Adequacy Letter <br />The Division has reviewed the above -referenced request for bond release for Notice of Intent to Conduct <br />Coal Exploration, NOI No. X-2005-226-00 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Act ("Act") and the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining ("Regulations), and has the following comments. <br />The Division will need to be provided a copy of well permits issued from the Division of Water Resources, DWR, <br />in the land owners name to complete the bond release request. If the wells are already permitted this can be <br />accomplished by transferring the well permit(s), if these wells are not permitted, a new permit can be acquired <br />from DWR.
