The powerpole and powerlines that had previously been between Phases IA/B and <br />Phases 2/3 has been removed. The mining and reclamation plan maps now reflect this <br />change. A revised bond calculation and Exhibit L were generated to reflect this change. <br />2. With the approval of'IR-10, the landowner will be moving the onsite water ditch to the <br />south. This change means a distinction between Phase I A and Phase I B will no longer be <br />needed.
