PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC, 29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467, has requested Phase I, II and <br />III release of 170.3 acres of its reclaimed lands at the Hayden Gulch Loadout (CDRMS Permit No. C 1992-081, approved <br />May 22, 1993). <br />The Hayden Gulch Loadout is located approximately 1.5 miles south of the Town of Hayden, Colorado. The <br />specific area to which this bond release request applies within the Permit Area is located as follows: <br />TANRRRW- <br />Section 10 — Portions of SENE, NESE, and SESE <br />Section 14 — Portions of NWNW, SWNW, SENW, AND SW 1/4 <br />Section 15 — Portions of NENE <br />The Hayden Gulch Loadout permit area consist of 391 acres. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps Mount Harris, <br />Colorado contains the described affected area. Pursuant to Rule 3.03.1, a permittee may request Bond Release upon <br />completion of all surface mining operations in accordance with the approved reclamation plan, and the final <br />inspection and procedures of Rule 3.03.2 have been satisfied. The approved reclamation plan can be viewed in its <br />entirety in the Hayden Gulch Loadout Permit Application Package located at the Foidel Creek Mine Office, 29515 <br />RCR 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467. Two Corporate Surety Bonds totaling $1,107,240.91 are currently in place <br />of which the bond amount to be released by this request will be determined by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />A copy of the SL-2 bond release application is available for public inspection at the Foidel Creek Mine Office, 29515 Routt <br />County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467. Written comments or objections or requests for public hearing or informal <br />conference concerning this application may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203-2273, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments must be received within 30 days of the last publication of this notice or within 30 days of the onsite <br />inspection, whichever is later. <br />
