(Oxbow). The weather was
cool, dry and clear, with a little smoke from wildfires in the air.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Work was well underway to complete the reclamation of the Terror Creek loadout to its approved post-
mining land use configuration. Three workers with Tribble & Sons Construction,LLC,of Hotchkiss,CO,were on
site. Equipment on site comprised a D8 dozer,a track-hoe,a dump truck and a grader. At the time of the
inspection the track-hoe,dump truck and dozer were being used to spread subsoil on the lower pad. Most of the
concrete structures had been broken up.The metal structures had been excavated and stockpiled ready for
transportation off-site. The work had not progressed to final grading, but it appeared that the rough surface of the
subsoil on the pad area would drain towards the sediment pond.
SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02:
The loadout ID sign had been refreshed. The sign was clearly legible at the entrance to the site.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
N/A
OTHER(SPECIFY)
N/A
ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE
No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1
Page 2 of 6
