"). Under the terms of the First Judgment, the Debtor owes San Juan the sum of <br />$146,579.13, plus statutory interest. Under the terms of the First Judgment, the Debtor <br />owes Salem Minerals the sum of $17,889.48, plus statutory interest. Under the terms of the <br />First Judgment, the Debtor owes Mr. Hennis the sum of $66,238.60, plus statutory interest. The <br />sums owed to San Juan. Salem Minerals and Mr. Hennis under the First Judgment have not <br />been fully satisfied by the Debtor. On September 9, 2010, these parties recorded Transcripts <br />of Judgment for the First Judgment with the Clerk and Recorder of San Juan County, <br />Colorado at Reception Nos. 147546, 147548, and 147547. On or about October 7.2010, <br />the District Court, San Juan County. Colorado issued a Judgment in favor of Mr. Hennis <br />and against the Debtor in the amount of $1 14,896.10, plus statutory interest (the <br />"Second Judgment "). On October 7, 20 10, a Transcript of Judgment for the Second <br />Judgment was recorded with the Clerk and Recorder of San Juan County, Colorado at <br />Reception No. 147597. On January 20, 2015, the San Juan Court issued another <br />judgment in favor of the San Juan creditors and against the Debtor in the amount of <br />$34,425.00 (the "Third Judgment"). On March 11, 2015, a Transcript of Judgment for <br />the Third Judgment was recorded with the Clerk and Recorder of Juan County, <br />Colorado at Reception No. 149946. <br />Mr. Hennis asserts a security interest in the Reclamation Permit and Financial Warranty <br />described below under the heading "III. ESTATE ASSETS." Such security interest is rejected <br />under the Plan and is a part of the impairment of the Hennis claims. <br />iii. Tangiers Investments, Inc. The Debtor borrowed an unknown amount <br />from this creditor and granted a promissory note in the face amount of $15,000.00. <br />This creditor was awarded shares of stock in addition to the promissory note. The <br />amount claimed by this creditor is $359.237.00. Tangiers Investments, Inc., asserts that <br />a portion of its claim is secured by the Pride of the West mill. However, the Pride of <br />the West Mill was foreclosed upon prior to the Petition Date and has never been a part <br />of the bankruptcy estate. Tangiers Investments, Inc. will be requested to withdraw this <br />portion of its claim. If necessary, RPL or the Chapter 1 1 Trustee will object to that <br />portion of Tangiers Investments, Inc.'s claim which asserts this security interest. <br />iv. Fearn Engineering Services. This creditor is owned by a former officer <br />and board member of the Debtor, Steven Fearn. This creditor received a promissory <br />note from the Debtor in the face amount of $24,000.00. The total amount claimed by <br />this creditor is $265,950.00. <br />V. Insider Claim of Stephen Guyer. Mr. Guyer has asserted three claims <br />against the Debtor in the amounts of $246,442.04, $279,423.00 and $45,958.53. <br />vi. Miscellaneous Creditors. On the date the bankruptcy case was filed the Debtor <br />was obligated to pay certain expenses to its trade creditors. which were primarily professionals. <br />The Debtor owed the law firms of Onsager Flecher & Johnson.
