Some sheen was noted in first cell of the pond. Please replace oil <br />booms to prevent this from moving into the second cell. <br />a. Discharges to Foidel <br />b. The third lift is close to completion. <br />a. Culverts to pit and pond were clear and not flowing <br />b. Seep at toe <br />c. Seep at face of 15T lift <br />d. Side ditches appear stable <br />26. Original Waste pile <br />a. No Erosional features noted and no ponding <br />North and East of Office <br />27.
