(TC). The photos were taken by Brock Bowles on 10/1 and the inspection report was written by <br />Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) on 10/2. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Ponds on -site appear low or dry. Ponds F and G in photo above are holding very little water. The three photos <br />below include the 6MN reservoir and the 4 passive treatment ponds. The ponds are receiving water from <br />underground workings and discharging to 6MN, a non -discharging pond. Vegetation in the first pond is spare and <br />slopes around ponds had little vegetation take over the 2020 summer. The slopes of the passive treatment ponds <br />should be reseeded this fall. <br />
