Humphrey NOTICE OF FILING REVISED EXHIBITS TO DEBTORS' REJECTION MOTION (DOCKET NO.441) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 25, 2020, the above -captioned debtors and debtors -in -possession (collectively, the "Debtors") filed their Motion for Entry of an Order, Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 365(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, Authorizing the Rejection of Certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (Docket No. 441) (the "Reiection Motion").z PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Exhibit A attached to the Rejection Motion contained schedules of the Assigned Agreements. Pursuant to Paragraph 15 of the Rejection Motion, the Debtors reserved the right to amend the Rejection Motion prior to a hearing on the Rejection Motion. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Exhibit A attached to the Rejection Motion is hereby revised by Exhibit A attached to this Notice. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the Rejection Motion, if approved by the Bankruptcy Court, all remaining leases and contracts of the Debtors shall be deemed "Rejected Agreements" and rejected as of the Rejection Effective Date in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code.
