Most facilities have been removed throughout the site.
Approximately 30 acres remain for seeding at the northwest corner of the site. This seeding is
scheduled to occur in fall of 2020. There was some activity occurring at the site, although little
activity occurred during the 2020 field season due to COVID 19. A dozer was operating to
reestablish ditches at the south end of the site, to rout water to Pond 5-P3. Plans are to complete
regrading, topsoiling and seeding the refuse pile by snowfall. Equipment is staged at the refuse
pile to complete these tasks. Cows are in the upper portion of the site. Areas along the Williams
Fork River had been mowed.
SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02
o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs.
o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1
