PR10 provides a mining and- lamation plan for the I and J Pds. This includes 155.0 acres of new disturbance and 51.7 acres of redisturbance of Phase III bond released areas. The proposed affected land will be reclaimed to a rangeland and wildlife habitat post mine land use. The Trapper Mine is clan surface operation located in Moffat County,approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig,Colorado. Coal interest is federal,state and private,and the surface to be affected is state and private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 11,156.69 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all require- ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- mation Act,Section 34 33 101,at seq.,C.R.S.,and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
